"Fresh Fallen Snow"
Cupboard Hanger
Fresh Fallen Snow is a cupboard hanger
measuring 5" x 7". It is a design by Little
House Needleworks and it stitched with
hand over-dyed threads on linen.
I have added wool as a finish on the front
with aged rickrack and rusty bells.
It is batt filled and backed with the
same wool as shown on the front.
Rusty wire adds an additional 3" to
the overall height.

"Bringing Home the Tree"
Linen Pinkeep
Bringing Home the Tree is an adaptation
from Pineberry Lane and measures
5-1/2" x 7". It is stitched with hand
over-dyed threads on aged linen, snippet
filled.
I have stitched primitive running stitches
on the front edge and added a rusty pin
and bell. It is backed with dark gray wool.

"Primitive Folk Art Santa"
This very primitive Santa measures 16"
tall and is constructed from a mix of
textures and fabrics.
Santa has painted features that I sanded
and overbrushed. He has a windowpane textured
cotton over-dyed suit with small rusty bells attached
and is trimmed with very aged fur on the
cuffs and bottom jacket hem.

His pants are heavily aged cotton, fur trimmed.
He has a hand stitched nose, roving for his beard and
eyebrows and small button eyes.
Linen lacing is stitched on his boots and he

His legs are sewn so they will hang over an
edge or you can cross them for a relaxed
Santa look.
He is definitely not a toy but a cutie in a folk art primitive style.

Punch Needle Hornbook
This happy snowman is looking toward the
sky watching all those snowflakes heading
toward him !
The hornbook measures
5-1/4" x 8-1/2" x 1/2". I hand cut the
hornbook from repurposed wood, it is painted and
sanded and has rusty wire and star secured around the top.

This primitive cupboard hanger measures
6" x 5". It is a design by Shelly Auen
that I stitched with conventional threads,
one stitch over one for an olde look.
The stitchery is snipped filled, backed
with a black on black reproduction cotton.
It is edged with overcast stitches and has
a rusty pin and bell secured on the front.
The rusty wire hanger adds an additional
3" in overall height.
