Wool Table Topper
Wool and wool felt are used in this
topper that measures 18" diameter.
The inside diameter where there
are no appliques measures 4-1/2".
Overdyed wool is used for the appliques
which are hand blanket stitched to the
wool felt foundation.
It is backed with solid black cotton that
is secured to the front foundation with
a blanket stitch surrounding the
entire outside edge.

Punchneedle Vintage Grater
I found this vintage hand grater at a
local antique shop and it seemed like
a good fit for a primitive needle punch.

The grater measures 4-1/2" x 10-1/2"
and is stamped with "All-In-One" at the
top.
Below is the back view.
The punch needle is worked with
Valdani hand overdyed threads and is
tied to the grater.
I have used a few strands of butcher twine
for Santa's mustache and tied tiny rusty
bells on the front of his coat and his hat.
Homespun tied in a simple bow with
rusty bells finish the top corner of
this piece. Unique and primitive.

Season's Greetings Pinkeep
This prim pinkeep is a Bent Creek
design and measures 3-1/4" x 10".
It is stitched on linen with hand
overdyed cotton threads.
It is backed with a gold dust berry
cotton backing.
Rusty bells are stitched to the
corners and there is a sprinkling
of glass seed beads throughout
the ribbon and vine area.

Punch Needle Pocket
This is a Notforgotten Farm adaptation
that measures 4-1/2" at the top and 5-1/2"
at the bottom. The jute hanger adds an
additional 9-1/2".
I stitched this with Valdani hand overdyed
threads and lined it with weavers cloth.
The pocket is backed with dark forest
green wool and secured to the front with
primitive hand cross stitches on the edges.
There are linen cross stitches securing
the folded edge of wool at the top.
