Wool Penny Rug
Offered this month is a wool penny
rug measuring 11-3/4" x 19".
I stitched the rug with 100% wool,
the pennies are self backed with
the off white wool so there are 4
layers of wool.
Blanket stitching secures the layers
and the backing.

Punch Needle Vintage Shaker Box
This punch needle shaker style box
measures 5-3/4" long x 4" wide x 3"
high.

I found the vintage shaker box
at a local antique shop, it is a nice
weight of wood and has tiny brass
brads on the strips.
The stitchery was worked with
Vandani hand over-dyed threads
and secured to the top.
There is a rusty look small
key attached to the stitchery.

Love Pinkeep
This sweet pinkeep is a design from
The SubRosa and measures
6" x 6". It is stitched on linen
with over-dyed cotton threads and
has abalone buttons sewn on.
It is snippet filled for a somewhat
olde flattened look and is backed
with cotton and a wool felt heart
that is whip stitched on.
