 Bittersweet October Pinkeep

Bittersweet October is a design from Threadwork
Primitives and measures 4-3/4" x 6-1/2".  I stitched
this pinkeep with overdyed threads on aged linen
one stitch over two.

The pinkeep is filled with linen and cotton
snippets and backed with cotton.  I have
secured a rusty safety pin and bell on the
front corner.

Quaker Acorn Cupboard Tuck
 

Offering a cupboard tuck design from The Workbasket
that I stitched with one color of overdyed thread on aged
linen. The tuck measures 6-1/4" x 7-1/2" and is filled with
wool and linen snippets. 




 It is backed with cotton and has chenille trim
hand stitched around the edge.

Squirrel and Crow Pinkeep




This pinkeep is a design by Plum Street Samplers
and measures 6" x 7-1/2".  I stitched this with
overdyed and conventional threads on aged
linen.




The pinkeep is backed with cotton and filled
with cotton and linen snippets.

Scarecrow Punch Needle Hornbook


This cupboard hanger punch needle is a design from
Chestnut Junction and measures 4-1/4"  x 5".  It is
worked using Valdani hand overdyed threads. 


The cupboard hanger is backed with wool that
I hand stitched to the front and filled with batt.


The rusty wire hanger adds an additional 3" to the
overall height.

October Feast Pinkeep


October Feast is a design by With Thy Needle
and Thread and measures 5-1/2" x 5-3/4".

I stitched this with hand overdyed threads

one over two for an old prim look.

The pinkeep is filled with cotton snippets
and is backed with 100% wool that I hand
stitched to the front linen piece.


There is a running stitch around the front
edge and I have secured a rusty safety pin
and bell to the lower front corner.
